ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
All bookings are from midday to 11am.
ARRIVAL between midday and 2 pm
If you arrive after 2 pm please give us a call. Lakes are closed after 7pm.

On your arrival, please check in at the office before starting fishing on the swim you booked. 
 
Any outstanding balance must be paid in euros… 
 
Anglers’ passports are required on arrival and are kept in a security box all throughout your trip. 
 
On weekdays, please let inform us by telephone if you arrive later than 2 pm.

BOOKING INFORMATION
First of all, choose your preferred dates, then select the swim (s) you want.
 
DOUBLE SWIMS: Must be booked for two anglers. Single tariff not available on a double swim.
 
SINGLE SWIMS: Lake 1 : swim n°3 - Lake 2 : n°9, n°10, n°11, n°16 Lake 3 : n°17 and 19. Lake 5 : n°26, n°28 & n°31.
 
Weekly group bookings for a whole lake available (reduced rate). 
You can move to another peg if available. Check first at the reception.

Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Weekly bookings commence on a Saturday.
BOOKING RULES
You can call to make a week booking ( Saturday to Saturday) whenever you want. 
 
To book a shorter trip less than a week and for 4 nights or more please call us max 30 days before arrival date.
So not earlier than 30 days prior.

For a trip of 1, 2 or 3 nights not earlier than 10 days prior.
DEPOSIT
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required.
A 5-euro bank charge will be applied.
The balance must be paid in euros on arrival at the lake.

You can pay the deposit by calling us with a credit card :
• VISA
• MASTERCARD
•EUROCARD.
(Maestro not available).
Can also be paid by bank transfer ( our bank details are at the bottom of this page - use IBAN number). 

IMPORTANT : Use IBAN to transfer the money over.

To ensure we know that this payment is yours, don’t forget to give your details with the transfer - your name, booking dates and the swim(s) booked.

Booking terms & conditions
WHAT THERE IS TO KNOW
Booking terms
1) Le Val Doré Sarl act as booking agents for the fishing & accommodation providers.
2) On receipt by us of your completed booking form and deposit we will confirm and reserve your holiday.
3) Your booking is confirmation in respect of all persons travelling when the invoice is dispatched to the person signing the booking form.
4) Your completed booking form showing all clients must be accompanied by your deposit. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the total cost of the holiday.
5) The person signing the booking form confirms that he/she has the authority of all other persons included in the holiday to make the booking on their behalf and that he/ she has read and accepted these booking terms and conditions. All bookings and departure dates are confirmed to (and all correspondence will be with) the person signing the booking form. The person signing the booking form is liable for all costs and charges on behalf of the party.
6)
● (a) A 50% deposit is immediately required when you book. In case of bank transfer payment, you have a maximum of 7 days to do it. 
● (b) The balance of the cost of the holiday must be paid on arrival at the office lake. If you book within 4 weeks of departure you must pay the total cost of your holiday at the time of booking.
● (c) If unconditional payment of the deposit is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, forfeit any deposit made and levy a cancellation charge as though there had been a cancellation in accordance with paragraph 8.
7) The price of your holiday is guaranteed to be free of increases and surcharges.
8) ln the event you cancel your confirmed booking, it can only be accepted if it is in writing from the person who signed the booking form, and the following cancellation charges will apply:

9) (a) You must have a valid UK passport. This is your responsibility and we accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents.
(b) Le Val Doré Sarl reserve the right to immediately terminate the services they are contractually obliged to provide to you. If they, their employees or agents or any other appropriate person in authority in any place or on any vehicle or craft judge your behavior to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to other clients or any other person or property. If because of such behaviour you are prevented by our carrier from travelling, our contractual obligations under these conditions will terminate immediately. In either case any appropriate cancellation fee will apply and we will not be liable to you for any refund compensation or any costs or damage you may incur.
10) Le Val Doré Sarl cannot ensure transport as a travel company. The company cannot be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of stay in connection with travelling problems.
11) Force Majeure: We will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities. War or threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical/Weather problems to transport, Closure of Ports. Weather conditions or any other event(s) beyond our control.
12) LE VAL DORÉ SARL strongly recommends that you purchase personal travel and vehicle breakdown insurance and does not accept liability for any financial loss incurred as a result of you not so doing.
13) Whenever possible, any changes to the booking requested after the written confirmation of booking is sent out to you will be accommodated.
14) Jurisdiction: Signature of the booking form constitutes acceptance of a contract on these terms subject to French Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts.
15) Complaints Procedure: ln the unlikely event that you or a member of your party has a complaint about your holiday; whilst at the venue, the complaint must be notified to the local representative in the first instance. Unresolved complaints must be sent in writing to LE VAL DORÉ SARL within 7 days of arrival back in the UK, Belgium or Netherlands.
16) Liability: The venue owners’ (LE VAL DORÉ SARL) liability shall be limited to the cost of the holiday as specified on the booking form.
17} Disabled Travelers : Our aim is to provide a high level of service to all our customers. However we are not a specialist operator in the field of holidays for the disabled. The majority of the fishing venues and accommodation that we offer is not suitable or equipped for the needs of many disabled people. Therefore if you have any disability we must be informed at the time of booking and we will do our best to help and advise. We cannot be held responsible for any difficulties encountered due to the unsuitability of the facilities.
18) ln the event of insolvency your payments are protected. A separate client account is held with The Credit Agricole Bank. The money you pay for your holiday is not withdrawn until after you have completed the holiday.
19) A security deposit could be required when you arrive at the venue (or passport). This will be refunded in full when you leave, subject to deductions for any breakages or extra cleaning costs incurred if the accommodation or swim is left in an unreasonable state. Our venues are well run and we would ask that you leave them in the same clean state as you found them.
20) The use of boats is not allowed at our venue on any lakes. Baitboats ( your own or rented ) are allowed.
21) All venues are primarily fishing venues, they are not necessarily suitable for children. Persons taking children are reminded that they do so entirely at their own risk. Adults are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. Extra care should always be taken near water.
22) in any circumstance , customers can not ask to be refund when they want to leave the complex before the last day of their stay. (excepted when lakes are frozen)
